Science University of Malaysia (USM)
Established in 1969, Universiti Sains Malaysia currently has three campuses in Peninsular Malaysia. Established in 1983, the International Islamic University Malaysia is a public university in Malaysia off ering courses based on Islamic principles collectively called Islamization of Knowledge, and ‘seeks to promote the Islamic concept of unified education, providing an alternative to modern secular education that separates physical realities from the spiritual’. Established in 1997, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris is the first university of education in the country and emphasises on producing leaders through education-based courses.
