| What is the objective/purpose of this study? |  |

Your tertiary institution would like to know your view regarding the programmes, facilities and services provided when you were studying and how you enter and deal with the employment world. Your feedback is very important to bring about constructive change in your institution and also the enable the Ministry of Higher Education enhance the quality and status of the nation’s education. It is also one way for you to contribute to your institution and express your gratitude. |

| Who are involved in this study? | |||
| All graduates of Tertiary Institution who graduated in 2007. | |||
| How to participate in this study? | |||
| All graduates that want to participate in this study must go to http://graduat.mohe.gov.my/kpgv4/index.jsp | |||
| How long does it take to answer the study questionnaire? | |||
| Based on the previous feedback, it only takes 20-30 minutes, a very short time compared to the time you spend at your institution. | |||
| What should I do if the question is not very relevant to me? | |||
| In a survey such as this, it is quite difficult to ask all the relevant questions to all groups. However, it is hoped that you will try to interpret each question as close as possible to your situation. | |||
| Will I be notified of the study’s result? | |||
| Yes, we plan to publish the important findings of this study. You will know the evaluation summary regarding curriculum, infrastructure facility and jobs taken up by graduates. | |||
| What other benefits will I get? | |||
