UPU Friends Programme is aimed to disseminate information that is verified/correct and the latest on the entry to HEIs and programmes sponsored by MOHE via SMS to individuals who have registered as UPU Friends. The target group of registrants are secondary school students, school leavers, parents, guidance and counselling teachers and the general public.

Users must register via SMS by typing REG UPU [Name] [Identity Card No.] and sent to 15888. Once registration is confirmed, users need to update their profile at the UPU Friends Portal .
