  • 1.

    Provide an initial response within 3 business days and a progress response within 15 working days regarding complaints management from the date of complaint is received.

  • 2.

    Announce the results of the student enrollment application within 30 working days before enrolling new students at Public Universities, Polytechnic, Community College and ILKA.

  • 3.

    Planning, implementing and evaluating student development programs, patriotism, unity and student volunteerism.

  • 4.

    Notify FRGS application decision within 45 working days from application closing date.

  • 5.

    Evaluate and process applications from Public Universities fully processed for approval at the Higher Education Committee Meeting and approved by the Minister of Higher Education within 45 working days.

  • 6.

    Issue a Letter of Approval for Establishment of IPTS within 45 working days after receiving all completed documents.
