  • 1.

    Provide an initial response within 3 business days and a progress response within 15 working days regarding complaints management from the date of complaint is received.

  • 2.

    Announce the results of the student enrollment application within 30 working days before enrolling new students at Public Universities, Polytechnic, Community College and ILKA.

  • 3.

    Application for Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) within a period of 30 working days from the date of approval by the MOHE Steering Committee until the decision is notified to the institution.

  • 4.

    Process and evaluate the New Academic Program Offering Application from the Public University which is completed and processed for approval in the Higher Education Committee Meeting within 45 working days.

  • 5.

    Letter of Support for Application for Foreign Instructor Study Pass within 5 working days after all complete documents are received.
